The Fade is a realm of dreamers, shaped by the spirits who call it home. Though it may, at times, resemble the waking world, it is more like a bent reflection, crafted by the spirits with great interest but little understanding of the way the world works.
So I had nothing better to do than design custom formal wear for everyone in the Inquisition. It took me a while, especially because I wanted to keep some semblance of the lines they usually have on their regular outfits/armors, and incorporate those into an elegant design.
I also wanted to have some similarities for each class: mages have tuxedo tails on their coats and the raised shoulder covers; rogues have a lot of V shapes and the most color white on their outfits; warriors have lots of black and gold and they all have the golden epolettes - Blackwall’s are actually stylized into Griffon wings; and the advisors wear a lot of white to set them apart and they all have a large Inquisition crest/logo on the back of their capes.
