This was requested some time ago, after I released my character page styled after DA:O’s game menus. So now, here’s one based on the menus found in Inquisition, for your favourite Inquisitors.

Features:

► Responsive tabs for five different characters, or alternatively if you have a lot of information for just one character, five different sections
► Very large description boxes for lots of information, with unlimited scrolling 
► Responsive slide-out menus for even more information (and possible links)
► Relationship bars, default for all the companions and advisers. (These are pure CSS, and can be edited fairly easily)
► Designed for ease of use; requires minimal formatting on your part
► Clear instructions (At least I tried to be clear)
► Made with my own work and in-game screenshots modified in Gimp

You are free to edit and change things however you want, as long as you keep the credit somewhere.
