real talk how often are you meant to change your bra

you’re supposed to hand wash after each wear, diff bra every day, to ensure best care of your rba and make it last as long as possible without losing elasticity

but who has time for that

ok so i am going to wear the same bra for a week and throw it in the washing machine 

sounds good to me

That’s personal preference, although if you go longer than that you can stretch the bra out enough that it won’t reshape properly when you wash it. If you only have three bras—the wash one, wear one, clean one thing—then you need to replace them every six months. Also you need to be refitted every couple years—or after a pregnancy or when you’re a growing teen—more often than that.
