she’s been stealing my art and my characters for a while now and trying to attempt to make a webseries (it’s not only my characters; it’s my art style, my poses, my business card design, my online persona, my fucking haircut for god’s sake)
I asked her politely to stop a few months ago and she denied everything even tho she’s not even trying to be subtle about it
just seeing her name on my dash gives me an hour long anxiety attack let alone actually visiting one of her blogs
I ended up taking down most of my original art from DA because I was so afraid she would copy more of it and if you’ve noticed that I haven’t been drawing my OCs lately, that’s also why
so yeah please know that a good portion of “her” work is mine and I really want people to know that. thanks for reading

It’s one thing to use a favorite artist for reference and inspiration, but you don’t steal and claim ideas as your own. And then try to make money and hire other people to work on your own stolen ideas??
Catnip has been trying for months to not be upset about this. She didn’t want the drama and she didn’t want other people to be involved.
I am very happy she isn’t taking this shit anymore.
ok so this is something everyone on tumblr should know
imagine dragons was hired to write demo tracks for spiderman turn off the dark (aka the spiderman musical on broadway) in order to get people to invest in it and have enough money to hire someone more famous to write the musical
then the people who hired them thought, “hey, these are actually good songs we should make a cd of them and sell it”
so imagine dragons changed the words a little so they weren’t about spiderman and became famous
radioactive was originally about THE RADIOACTIVE SPIDER THAT BIT SPIDERMAN
