what i mean: cole is such a well written, complex character. he is so heartbreaking that it physically hurts. his character development from asunder to inquisition is fucking astounding i feel like he's more of a main companion rather than an optional recruit. i have literally never felt this way about any bioware character before. he's not perfect by any means, but his faults adds to his character and he owns up to them and tries so hard to better himself and the lives of others. he is so selfless and gentle and sad. i thought i couldn't love him anymore after reading asunder but james norton proved me wrong because his voice is far better than i imagined him in my mind. he has so much emotion in that softspoken voice of his and he truly brought cole's character to life. i have to pause my game to hide my face in my hands anytime he opens his mouth because i literally cannot handle how sweet/sad/naive he can be. cole is more important to me than any bioware character. i'm not even sure how it happened but i am just so happy he exists.
